When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We work very hard to get all orders that we can fill from inventory, shipped the same day if order was placed before 12:00PM PST during normal business hours.
Do to the weight and handling by shipping providers, some items that we ship the packaging is opened and extra packing material is added to insure that the contents arrive safely to its destination.
We currently ship only to locations to the United States of America, US Territories, and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to show up in the shipping providers tracking service.
Free Shipping products are limited to the lower 48 states of the United States of America. Free shipping does not apply to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, or US Territories.
Failure to refuse damaged shipments imply's that you are okay with the condition. No refunds be issued for shipments damaged in transit.

In order to expedite the processing of any return, create a return request by logging into your account, instructions are below. You can also contact customer service to notify them of the return and the reason for return.
Standard Return Policy:
Our Standard Return Policy is intended for returns that are unused, unopened, and include all original parts and manuals returned within 30 days from purchase date.
Products returned under our standard return policy must be returned within 30 days after the purchase date.
Approved returns will be refunded within one week after returned to R.C. Worst & Co. Inc. Most refunds are processed the same day the products are received. Receiving a full refund is dependent on receiving items in unused and resellable condition with all original manuals and parts. If items are damaged or missing parts or manuals upon receipt and inspection a restocking fee to cover the value of the damage may be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued to the method of payment used for the order i.e., Cash, Check, Card, Paypal, etc. If the payment method has expired we will offer a refund by means of check or PayPal payment. Most refunds will be available within 24 hours of date of issuance, some may take longer depending on bank.
Damaged/Defective Product Return Policy:
Our Damaged/Defective Return Policy is intended for returns that were damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
Products returned under our damaged/defective return policy must be reported to customer service within 14 days after delivery or pick up date. Damaged or Defective products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Approved returns will be refunded within one week after returned to R.C. Worst & Co. Inc. Most refunds are processed the same day the products are received. If damage is not reported within 14 days items may still be returned under the Standard Return Policy, a restocking fee may be assessed for the returned damaged product. Used products cannot be returned, if damaged or defective after use the item must be processed as warranty, the terms of such warranty are set by the manufacturer. Refunds will be issued to the method of payment used for the order i.e., Cash, Check, Card, Paypal, etc. If the payment method has expired we will offer a refund by means of check or PayPal payment. Extended Return Policy:
Our extended return policy is intended for returns outside of 30 days.
All returns that fall outside of 30 days from date of purchase require approval from our customer service department.
A Restocking fee will apply to returns under the Extended Return Policy. The restocking fee is up to 25% of purchase price if returned unopened, unused, and includes all original parts and manuals and is returned in resellable condition. If items are returned damaged or defective under this policy the cost of replacement or repair will be deducted from the refund. R.C. Worst & Co. Large Quantity Orders Sold At Wholesale Discount Below Listed Prices, Non-Stock, and Special Order Items may incur a restocking fee if returned.
Non-Stock is defined as items that are not listed on our website that are ordered at the customers request.Special Order Items is defined as orders that include custom labeling or any custom manufactured or fabricated element to the item or items. The restocking fee can vary up to 25% of purchase price depending on resellability and/or manufacturer restocking fees.
For all other returns that do not fall under the previously described category, please contact customer service.
Any situation involving a return that is not covered in our return policy will be handled on a case by case basis.
