Ken Worst - President

Employee pictureKen, along with his brother Allen, grew up learning the nuances of this family owned business and has carried on the important traditions of selling quality products and providing excellent customer service as taught to him by his father, Jim Worst. Ken oversees the operations of the company and it is his steady hand that guides the R.C. Worst & Co. ship. He provides the financial oversight to insure stability and longevity for their long-time customers, employees and future generations of family owners.

 

Allen Worst - Vice President

Allen, who has advanced himself to be recognized as one of the authoritative figures on waste water treatment in the state of Idaho, is responsible for overseeing the development and specifications of complex water and waste water systems for the company. Working closely with regulatory bodies such as the Department of Environmental Quality and the Panhandle Health Department, Allen is a popular speaker and presenter of continued education programs throughout the state of Idaho.

 

Scott Jessick - Sales Manager

Scott, a member of the management team and 15-year employee of the company, began his career in the service department and worked his way up through the ranks to be the guiding force and energy source that drives the sales team for this customer service oriented company. Scott's leadership and spirited personality provides the needed spark to this responsive sales team that has experienced steady and continued financial growth. Scott ensures that the sales and service elements merge as equal partners.

 

Paul Karnitz - Purchasing Manager

Employee pictureHow long is forever? In marriage, that term can be applied loosely. But for Paul, 28 years of service to this great company is very close to forever. Coordinating the purchasing efforts that directly affect sales and production are primary and key functions to this important position. Throw in inventory control and the daily updating of current pricing and part numbers and you soon get a better understanding of how key and valuable Paul Karnitz is to R.C. Worst & Co.

 

Ray Koberstine - Manager Wholesale Spokane

It was January of 1993 when Ray became the resident engineer for R.C. Worst & Co.'s wholesale outlet in Spokane.  Working closely with regional engineers on large, engineered lift, booster and treatment systems provided him the well rounded experience he needed to take over the management duties of this location in 2005.  The reliable design of these complex, packaged systems keeps Ray's crew busy and considered the premier source for such products in the Inland Empire.  Directing customers in the development of these systems and being recognized as the authority of said systems in our area is a great source of gratification for Ray and his team.

Roberta Harms - Office Manager

Employee pictureAffectionately and respectfully known as "Bert", this 14-year veteran of office oversight is responsible for all of the company's office and accounting functions. Bert modestly deflects any praise aimed in her direction by always emphasizing the exceptional team of employees that surround her both in the office and out in the field. Traditional accounts receivable, accounts payable and balancing of the books functions are peppered with dispatch and other organizational duties as well.

 

Mike Cordon- Service Manager

Worst & Co. receive the service and support they expect and deserve. 18 years of service to R.C. Worst & Co. and the valuable customers of this North Idaho based operation make this stalwart employee the perfect selection to oversee the scheduling and supervision of this critically important department.

 

Nathan Rogers - Office Manager

Say hello to the newest member of the office and accounting team coming to us all the way from Corpus Christi Texas.  Nathan will be taking over the duties of Office Manager for RCW which include accounts receivable, accounts payable as well as balancing the books.  Additionally, he is the direct assistant to owners Ken and Allen Worst.  Nathan was drawn to this position primarily based on the financial stability of this third generation, family owned company.  He enjoys all of the outdoor activities available to him in North Idaho and also has remodel construction and small engine repair interests

Larry Jeffres - Marketing Director

Employee pictureAs one of the new guys on the team Larry brings to R.C. Worst & Co. an extensive career in sales and marketing. With an emphasis on network marketing, he relies on gaining access to the members and employees of professional associations, non-profit organizations and regulatory agencies to push out the great story about this 57-year old, third generation owned company residing in the Idaho Panhandle. Larry's approach to marketing is based on the development of strong community and professional association relationships.

 

Greg Hushman - Sales Associate

Employee pictureBeing a service and sales consultant for 15 years at R.C. Worst & Co. creates multiple values. Strength, a vast knowledge base, long-term relationships and certainly, a good feel for finding resolution are just some of the attributes Greg brings to this team. His familiarity with new installation development as well as repair nuances are the necessary ingredients to get the job done. Depending on Greg to have the answer or develop the solution is like depending on the sun to come up tomorrow.

 

Andy Embry - Service Technician

Employee pictureHaving employees with a history and understanding of technical changes to an industry that is forever changing is a valuable asset. Andy is an 11-year veteran of R.C. Worst & Co. and is the senior field technician of this superb service team. Although he has a vast knowledge of various water pumping, water treatment and wastewater treatment applications it is Andy's knowledge of Orenco AdvanTex extended treatment packages that make him a true specialist.

 

Dave Harris - Warehouse Supervisor

Unless the house is in order, there is chaos. As Warehouse Supervisor, the performance of Dave's duties provide an assurance that the parts and components necessary to construct the simplest or most complicated water and wastewater treatment packages can be assembled correctly and in a timely fashion. A 9-year career at R.C. Worst & Co. insures that the critical functions of shipping, receiving and upkeep of the warehouse and yard are in capable hands.

 

Eric Halladay - Service Technician

Employee pictureExperience in the business of water and wastewater treatment has significant value as it relates to installation and service. Eric has been serving the needs of North Idaho customers for 8 years at R.C. Worst & Co. With no wasted movement, he performs his duties with speed and accuracy enjoying the ever changing landscapes of the Idaho Panhandle. This experienced journeyman especially enjoys building and servicing water systems and the intricate detail associated with these systems.

 

Joe Follini - Service Technician

This friendly, transplanted New Yorker brings a "Git er done" attitude to his duties at R.C. Worst & Co. A typical day may find Joe pulling and repairing well or sewer pumps or maybe, installing new motor controls. From electrical to plumbing he brings a variety of expertise and skills that make him a valuable member of the service team. When Joe arrives at a location you will see a concerted and focused effort made to complete the job in a timely fashion and leave the area as he found it.

 

Gary Wilson - Production Specialist

Employee pictureThere is a place at R.C. Worst & Co. where the fabrication and assembly of water and waste water systems occur. That is where you can find Gary performing these critical and concise maneuvers on a daily basis. He is the go to guy on the team that insures that pre-assembled systems leaving the yard are built as they were specified and that they will perform as expected. Big responsibility you ask? It sure is but certainly not too big for this detail oriented, 5-year veteran of the company.

 

Patrick Gooch - Service Technician

Learning from the ground up, he approaches each job with an enthusiastic desire to ensure the customer receives the very best service possible. Whether the job is simple or complex, his goal is one of making that customer and that job the most important one of the day. From pumps to electrical, Patrick has the necessary expertise it takes to uphold the customer service traditions of this great company.

 

J. Anthony Vancleave - Sales Associate

Just spend a few minutes with Justin and you would never know that he is relatively new to a sales team that relies on accuracy and details as their foundation. In a truly methodical and customer friendly fashion, he performs his duties and has become a specialist in the design and application of the popular AdvanTex extended treatment package systems. With a bright and technically savvy mind, Justin. is a valuable resource for R.C. Worst & Co. as well as the customers he serves.

 

Jacob Herkelrath - Service Technician

As one of the newest members of the Service team, he brings to the position a solid foundation of experience in the automotive, mechanical and electrical fields. He views his job as an excellent opportunity to get involved with a great team and fine tune his already developed skill sets specific to the pump, water and wastewater treatment business. Expect the best from Jacob and R.C. Worst & Co.

 

Tim Eckhart - Sales Associate

With many years of construction and retail sales experience in his portfolio Tim Eckhart becomes one of the newest Sales Associates  at R.C. Worst & Co.  Tim's extensive knowledge base related to whole house construction as well as his long standing relationships with contractors throughout our region makes him a valued addition to the RCW team.  A needed career change for Tim and an opportunity to continue to work with contractors makes him a perfect fit for RCW.  

  

   

Doug Bohn - Sales Associate

This sales and marketing veteran considers the relationship development aspect of his job to be paramount.  When asked what drew him to R.C. Worst & Co. Doug responded, "I liked the idea of working for a company as stable as I am".  In combination with RCW's company philosophy of service first, Doug likes the fact that he is representing superior products and working within a market area where R.C. Worst & Co. is already well established.

 

Nicole "Nicki" Sawicki - Administrative Associate

This Coeur d'Alene High School graduate took a higher education route through the University of Montana in Missoula but eventually found her way back home with a business administration degree.  Nicki is the newest member of the accounting team at RCW and seems to have found a home.  In looking for a position where she could "stay forever", Nicki believes she has found just the employer and organization to fit her requirements.  Nicki's supervisor considers her attentive and serving personality key attributes of performing her duties successfully. This wife and mother loves the great outdoors and spends as much time as possible camping, fishing and golfing.
