Handling Performance

Multifree Vortex impellers provide superior clog resistance, especially in applications with long fibrous materials that could cause clogging of other types of impellers. Even if a towel should somehow get caught on the vortex impeller, it will easily fall off at the end of the pumping cycle.

In sewage situations where sand and/or other abrasive particles are present, the Multifree vortex impeller is almost completely recessed into the volute, allowing very little material to come in contact with the impeller, thus minimizing wear.
