• Hydromatic HPE pump equipped with a premium efficient motor allows for less energy consumption, lower operating costs and longer pump life.
• Terminal Block - provides for a positive electrical connection eliminating the need for wire nuts and crimp connectors. The slip fit motor stators allow for easy rebuilds when the time comes. HPE pumps can be equipped with bearing temperature RTDs allowing for optimal preventative maintenance.
• Oil filled motors have several operational advantages including significantly lower operating temperatures, superior moisture protection and maintenance free self-lubricating bearings.
• Seal Leak Detection - True early-warning system, housed in seal chamber to alert of liquid intrusion into outboard seal which allows time to schedule a service which eliminates the need for a costly emergency service call.
• Double-Row Bearings for 50,000 hour life over entire curve.
• The HPE series of pump is the only submersible pump available with shaft grounding rings to eliminate harmful shaft currents. They are continuous duty rated NEMA MG1 Part 1 compliant.
• The HPE design allows for maximum seal type choices utilizing standard type 2/2100 silicone carbide seals for low cost as will as the industry's first Switchable Seal Design for use with easy-to-service cartridge seals.
• Oil-Impregnated bronze sleeve bearing used to create flame path
