Nicole “Nicki” Sawicki of R.C. Worst & Co. has recently joined the ranks of the Professional Women in Building Council (PWBC). Nicki is the newest member of the accounting team at R.C. Worst & Co. and seems to have found a home. In looking for a position where she could “stay forever”, Nicki believes she has found just the employer and organization to fit her requirements. Nicki’s supervisor considers her attentive and serving personality key attributes of performing her duties successfully.

The PWBC is an arm of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) with locals across the United States, including Coeur d’Alene Idaho through the North Idaho Building Contractors Association. The NAHB Professional Women in Building Council represents thousands of members throughout the United States and serves as the voice of women in the building industry.
